1. General Refund Principles
At CoreTern, we strive to provide the highest quality educational experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all users regarding internship enrollments and service payments.
2. Internship Program Refunds
Refund eligibility for our internship programs is determined by the following timeline:
- Within 24 Hours: A full refund (minus payment gateway processing fees, typically 2-3%) will be issued if the request is made within 24 hours of enrollment and no course materials or dashboards have been accessed.
- 24 to 48 Hours: A 50% refund will be considered if the request is made within 48 hours, provided that the user has not initiated any project work or downloaded resources.
- After 48 Hours: No refunds will be processed under any circumstances after 48 hours from the time of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
- If the user has already received or downloaded their program completion certificate.
- If the user has accessed a significant portion of the program content or mentorship resources.
- If the user is found in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., plagiarism or account sharing).
- Failure to complete the program within the flexible timeline provided.
4. Software Development Services
For custom B2B software development or cloud consulting services, the following rules apply:
- Initial booking deposits are non-refundable as they cover resource allocation and planning.
- Milestone payments are non-refundable once the work for that specific milestone has commenced.
- Cancellation of ongoing projects will be handled as per the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed during onboarding.
5. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the "Support" or "Contact" section.
- Submit a ticket with the subject "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]".
- Provide a detailed reason for the refund to help us improve our services.

6. Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately. However, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI wallet), depending on your financial institution's processing times.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of platform-wide technical failure or duplicated payments due to gateway errors, CoreTern may issue full refunds outside of the standard 48-hour window at its sole discretion.
